about the design :
In my previous projects , I have been learning and xperimenting with the concepts of Vedic and Buddhist yantras. In this project, I have xperimented with the basic shape of a yantra. Unlike my previous projects on this subject (where I copied the basic shape from Vedic yantras and built upon it), I made a simple geometric shape from imagination (keeping in mind the basic form of a yantra) and built the artwork upon that.
The concept of a yantra being an inter-dimensional circuit/device is kept intact in this project. This artwork is a result of my recent xperiments with the āfuturisticā aesthetic. Instead of being super-symmetrical, with perfect, sharp edges, I have been trying to incorporate a more ānature inspiredā design philosophy to the futuristic aesthetic. This artwork reflects my preliminary xperiments on the harmonious flow between the organic and the mechanical.Ā
